Cat Copse Planning Application for 150 Homes
Turnstone Group has recently been involved in the submission of a planning application for 150 dwellings and open space on land adjacent to Cat Copse, Sidmouth Road, Clyst St Mary.
The application has been brought forward in partnership with The Guinness Partnership and Dorepark Ltd, with the proposals designed to support the delivery of much-needed new affordable housing. The submission marks an important milestone in the promotion of the site and reflects Turnstone’s continued focus on planning-led residential development and the delivery of valuable planning consents.
