Strategic planning for Cat Copse
News: Cat Copse in East Devon DC draft Local Plan
East Devon are expecting to consult on the Draft Local Plan (2020-2040) this Spring. This includes a proposed allocation for Cat Copse as part of an 8,000 home second new town east of Exeter. During the plan period, up to 2040, it is projected that up to 2,500 homes will be built with the remaining being built after 2040. Cat Copse has the potential to deliver up to 200 open market and affordable units within this allocation.
