The Turnstone Group was formed in 2008 to identify, assess and act upon investment and development opportunities in the property sector. We are strategically positioned to meet the needs of today's challenging property market.

Substantial share capital has been put in place, backed by an excellent working relationship with NatWest. The company is deliberately unencumbered with a large investment portfolio so that decisions can be made with confidence and acted upon without delay.

Our team have proven track records developing residential, mixed-use and brownfield sites. We and our solicitors act quickly and diligently from the point of offer to completion and we always ensure open lines of communication with the vendor and their professional team.

The Turnstone Group operates mainly in the South of England, but will consider opportunities across the UK.
