News: Development work on Kent portfolio progresses
Work to complete development on one of the four sites bought by Turnstone Group from the Official Receiver in 2012 is now complete, with a second being tendered for contract.
88 High Street in Ramsgate was bought as a part-complete development of 4 flats from the Receiver and now finished comprises 2 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments in this attractive property in the heart of the town. Work has now been fully completed and the apartments now form part of Turnstones rental portfolio.
Work on 40 - 46 Sweyn Road, Margate to complete the 12 flats was completed and the property sold in 2013. Turnstone Group worked closely with Thanet District Council to bring the building back into use and be fully compliant to Building Regulations standards and Planning requirements.
