Tim’s expertise lies in project management, planning and marketing and he has had considerable experience in driving residential, mixed-use and care projects. Tim is responsible for the delivery of all development projects from initial due diligence, through legal, planning and project delivery to disposal. He has experience in overcoming complex planning and technical issues in both new build projects and refurbishments including listed at risk buildings.
