News: Work begins on grade II listed farmhouse
Work has commenced on site at Cobbles farmhouse in Sutton Scotney, near Winchester, to implement planning and listed building consent to refurbish and extend this handsome listed building to provide an elegant and fully updated 5 bedroom family house with a high level of finish.
The project will restore the attractive internal proportions, staircases and entrances of the original building whilst extending to provide a superb, open-plan kitchen & living area with one side fully glazed to provide extensive views over the landscaped garden.
It is expected that the development will be complete in Autumn 2012.
